Before the Lord Jesus was taken up into heaven 1970 years ago, He said to His disciples:"... And these signs will accompany those who believe: by using my name they will cast out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes in their hands, and if they drink any deadly thing, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will recover." (Mark 16:17-18) Since then, God's miracles follow those who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. In Pentecost, all the 120 disciples are filled with the Holy Spirit and speak in new tongues while they are praying. (Acts 2:1-13) When Peter and John passed a crippled man who begs for money by the temple gate called Beautiful, Peter said to the man, "Silver or gold I do not have, but what I have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk!" Taking him by the right hand, he helped him up, and instantly the man's feet and ankles became strong. He jumped to his feet and began to walk. Then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and jumping, and praising God. (Acts 3:1-8) The miracles go on. Not only do those miracles happened 1970 years ago, they have multiplied to a great magnitude everyday! Miracles happen in our daily lives! Our God is the living God! Our God is the almighty God! He is faithful and His word never fail! Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, we'd like to invite you to write and submit your testimonies of miracles from our living God for our next book, The Miracles, in Chinese! "No one lights a lamp and hides it in a jar or puts it under a bed. Instead, he puts it on a stand, so that those who come in can see the light." (Luke 8:16) "Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down.They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and BY THE WORD OF THEIR TESTIMONY; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death." (Revelation 12:10-11) Let's use our live testimonies to shine the world, to testify the glory and graces of our Living Father, and to bring the salvation of Jesus Christ to the poor! It really is our honor to testify for Him! How lucky are we that we can call the True God, "Aba, Father"! How lucky are we that He pours such abundant graces upon us with His mercy and love! May God's name be glorified!
